Support: General support is offered to all our clients for the
products that we offer. There is a 48 hour minimum turnaround time
on these issues. This option is available as a courtesy in line with
providing the "Best" quality of service possible. This option
relies on the availability of our support professionals.
Silver
Support:

hours turnaround time to solving your issues.
Fee: This option may be purchased in blocks of 3 month
periods. The price is dependent on the technology being supported.
Gold
Support:
12
hour turnaround time
Fee: This option may be purchased in block of 6 month periods.

Platinum

4-6
hour turnaround time
